What do I need to send you to get started?
A clear photo of your passport data page and a photo of your flight ticket, sent on WhatsApp. That is all we need to start; if your case requires anything else, we tell you right away.
Do you guarantee that my security approval will be granted?
No. The decision is made by the Egyptian authorities and nobody can honestly guarantee it. What we do is prepare and submit your request correctly, follow it up and tell you the result as soon as we have it.
How long does it take?
It depends on your nationality, your document and the current workload of the authorities. We give you a realistic estimate for your case before you pay.
How much does it cost?
Prices differ by nationality and service. Our prices page lists what we can state in general. For your individual price, send us a message – you get it in writing before you decide.
How do I pay?
We explain the available payment options in the chat once your price is confirmed. Never send money to a number or account that we have not given you in our official chat.
I am not in Egypt. Can you still help me?
Yes. Most of our customers contact us from abroad before they travel. Everything is handled by WhatsApp, and you receive your documents digitally.
Can you help my whole family or a group?
Yes. Send us the passport copies of all travellers together so that we can handle the requests as one file.
Can you also arrange pick-up and accommodation?
Yes. We can meet you at Cairo Airport, drive you to your address and arrange a furnished apartment or guest house for your stay.
In which languages can I write to you?
In Arabic, English or Tigrinya.
What happens to my passport copy?
We use it only to handle your request and pass it on only where this is necessary for the service you ordered. Details are in our privacy notice.
