Passport or travel document?
The procedure is not the same for an Eritrean passport as for a travel document issued by another country, for example a refugee travel document. Which one you hold decides which request has to be made and what you need to carry when you travel.
Send us a clear photo of the document – the data page and, for travel documents, the cover – and we will tell you which route applies to you. We have handled both.
